COMPENSATION*
Briarwood Christian School is pleased to offer our faculty and staff competitive compensation. The compensation program includes competitive salaries, a full range of benefits, and continuing professional development. Specifically, the School provides the following paid benefits to qualified employees.

- Tax-Sheltered Annuity Plan (School contributions made after three years of full-time employment)
- Waiver of registration, enrollment and capital improvement fees for children at BCS
Dependent health insurance coverage is available at the employee's expense and employees can make optional personal contributions to the Tax Sheltered Annuity Plan. The School has a Flexible Benefit Plan permitting employees to shelter unreimbursed medical and dependent care expenses from income taxes.
